Consultant Agreement with John Barker Landscape Architects P.S., in the amount of $15,000, is being
requested to perform design services for the West Beverly Neighborhood Park site located in the
Jornada Development located at the end of "U" Court NW in the City of Auburn
The scope of work includes:
Design Services to include two public meetings to collect neighborhood input on the type of park
amenities desired and to meet the current requirements of the Parks and Open Space Plan. (See the
attached map) These Iow light conditions are a security concern to the City. The primary objectives of
the lighting study are as follows:
1) Develop a park master plan with input of neighbors and park users.
2) Develop a site map and prepare a site analysis drawing.
3) Document and define desires and concerns of the pubic as to what the park should include.
4) Provide recommendations and cost estimates of the Parks Master Plan and phasing.
5) Prepare construction documents for the development for phase 1 construction.
