Public Hearinqs Multi-Family Tax Abatement Ordinance* (Borden/Krauss) F6.6.9 City Council to conduct a public hearing concerning the City's proposed Multi-Family Tax Abatement Ordinance. The Multi-Family Tax Abatement Ordinance proposes to offer qualified multi-family developments constructed within the downtown Residential Target Area the opportunity to abate property taxes on such multi-family dwellings for a period of ten years. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comments prior to adoption of a Multi-Family Tax Abatement Ordinance. (For further action on this item, please see Ordinance No. 5779 under Item WII. A. 1 of the agenda.)
