Multi-Family Tax Abatement Ordinance* (Borden/Krauss)

City Council to conduct a public hearing concerning the
City's proposed Multi-Family Tax Abatement Ordinance.
The Multi-Family Tax Abatement Ordinance proposes to
offer qualified multi-family developments constructed within
the downtown Residential Target Area the opportunity to
abate property taxes on such multi-family dwellings for a
period of ten years. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit
public comments prior to adoption of a Multi-Family Tax
Abatement Ordinance.

contribution from the City, to fund the rehabilitation of
