Inc., and accept construction of Project No. C210A, Pavement Preservation - Non-Classified Streets

This project chip sealed various streets throughout the City of Auburn. This project was completed on
time and under budget.
The project was originally scheduled for construction in 2002. Due to weather constraints, the Committee
approved Change Order #1. This moved the construction to July 2003.
In June 2003, the Committee approved Change Order #2. This added a number of streets to the project.
The change did not increase the amount budgeted for this project.
A project budget contingency of $26,068 remains in the 102 Arterial Street Fund.
