City Council concur with the Final Pay Estimate for City of Kent Contract with Mid Mountain Construction
and accept construction of Project No. PR562, South 277th Street Reconstruction.

The South 277th Street Reconstruction and Grade Separation Project, PR562, was given to the City of
Kent to manage and contract the construction phase of the project. Per the Interlocal Agreement, the City
of Auburn must concur with the final acceptance of the road construction project. The City of Kent is now
asking to take the final pay estimate to their City Council.
The City of Kent construction budget has a contingency of $829,157 remaining in the grant funding.
