Ordinance No. 5786 amends Ordinance No. 5507 by authorizing the Mayor to sign a Local Agency
Supplemental Agreement between the City and the Washington State Department of Transportation,
approving Federal TEA-21 funds to complete Project No. PR562, South 277th Street Reconstruction
Project.
In the 2003 Fiscal Authorization of the Federal Demonstration Funds, an additional $66,876 was given to
the South 277th Street Project, raising the total Demonstration Funding available and total federal
participation in this project to $4,105,338.
