Background Summary:
Resolution No. 3630 authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement between the City of Auburn and
Emerald City Baton to operate the food concession stand at Brannan Park during the 2003 youth soccer
season. Emerald City Baton is a non-profit organization. The concession agreement provides a service
to visitors of Brannan Park as well as funds for the organization.
