Background Summary: The City and the Parks and Recreation Department are currently working in conjunction with the Auburn Little League, using money awarded from a King County Youth Sports Facility Grant, to build an additional youth ball field at GSA Park. Power lines are currently overhead and in the line of play for the ball fields. As part of the new construction it is advantageous to place power lines underground. PSE has asked for an easement to install the lines underground and to repair and maintain them once this construction is complete.
