Announcements a) Proclamation - "Grandview Park Mayor Lewis to present a Proclamation to Auburn Parks and Recreation Director Daryl Faber declaring October 4, 2003, as the day the City of Auburn will join other south King County cities, the group "Serve Our Dog Area" (SODA), and King County in opening the first south King County off-leash area at Grandview Park. b) Proclamation - "Day of Concern for the Hungry" Mayor Lewis to present a Proclamation to Auburn Food Bank Board Member Mike Morrisette declaring September 27, 2003 as a "Day of Concern for the Hungry". c) Proclamation - "Constitution Week" Mayor Lewis to present a Proclamation to Daughter's of the American Revolution Regent Elizabeth Walker declaring September 17-23, 2003 as "Constitution Week".
