The request of Pace Engineers, on behalf of Dieringer School District,
the amend the Comprehensive Plan Map to: 1) Amend the Potential
Annexation Area (PAA) by expanding it to include a several parcels
owned by the Dieringer School District; and designate this portion of
these parcels "Public & Quasi -Public" and 2) Amend the Comprehensive
Sewer Plan (2001) to identify these same parcels within the City of
Auburn Sanitary Sewer Service Area (Figure 6-18 in the Comprehensive
