City Council approve Final Pay Estimate #2 to Contract No. 03-08 with ICON Materials, and accept
construction of Project No. C302A, West Valley Hi~lhway Reconstruction.
Background Summary:
This phase of the West Valley Highway Reconstruction Project included the reconstruction and overlay of
West Valley Highway from the intersection with Peasley Canyon Road south to the Auburn City limit.
A project budget contingency of $453,000 remains in the 102 Street Fund and a project budget
contingency of $90,000 remains in the 431 Sewer Fund.
