City Council grant permission to enter into Consultant Agreement No. AG-C-225 with Entrance, Inc. for
Engineering Services for Project No. C326A - C Street SW Roadway Improvements.
Background Summary:
The C Street SW Roadway Improvement Project (C326A) consists of widening the roadway to a 4-lane
road between Ellingsen Road and 15th Street SW to accommodate future traffic and development needs.
The total project budget is $4,000,000 and will include a combination of City, Safeway, King County,
Economic Development Administration (EDA) funds, as well as property donated by General Services
Administration (GSA).
Staff has selected Entrance, Inc. to provide the Engineering Services for the above-referenced project.
The anticipated costs for the both design engineering and support during construction are $475,000.
