Appointments City Council to confirm the following appointments: a) Arts Commission The appointment of Amanda Flanery to fill an unexpired three-year term that will expire December 31, 2005. The appointment of Peter Gallagher to fill an unexpired three-year term that will expire December 31, 2004. b) Urban Tree Board The appointment of Trish Borden to a three-year term to expire on December 31, 2007. The appointment of Garna Jones to a two-year term to expire December 31, 2006.
