Preliminary Plat Application Number PL TOO-0003* (S inger/Krauss) 03.5 PL TOO-0003 City Council to consider the request of Marshall Bain for preliminary plat approval of a 10-lot subdivision with a cumulative area of approximately 124,146 square feet located on the west side of the 3800 block of Academy Drive SE and zoned R-2, Single Family Residential.
