Administrative Recommendation:
City Council grant permission to advertise for bids for Project No. C321A, 2004 House Demolition Project.
Background Summary:
The project will entail removal of asbestos-containing materials and demolition of four houses and
associated out buildings located on City properties within Auburn. Three of the properties are owned by
the General Fund and managed by the Planning Department, and the fourth is owned and managed by
the Storm Drainage Utility.
Project funding for the Storm Drainage Utility portion of this project ($45,000) is available within the 432
Storm Fund since the Comprehensive Plan Project BC-14 with a budget of $1,300,000 will not be
constructed this year.
