City Council to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the City of
Kent for the Housing Repair Program.
Background Summary:
Attached is the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Auburn and Kent for the Housing Repair
Program. The document is essentially the same as last year. Some minor corrections were made and
the exhibits were updated.
At their meeting on July 12, 2004, the Planning and Community Development Committee recommended
approval.
