City Council adopt Resolution No. 3752.
Background Summary:
Resolution No. 3752 authorizes the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with GSA, relating to
Project No. C326A, ‘C’ Street SW Improvements.
This Memorandum of Agreement grants to the City a perpetual right-of-way easement on ‘C’ Street SW
for the construction, operation, repair, and maintenance of a roadway and use of the space above and
below the established grade lines of the pavement for roadway purposes and necessary utilities normally
placed within the right-of-way.
In return for the easement, the City agrees to construct, no later than March 31, 2006, a signalized
entrance at the existing truck entrance to GSA’s facilities on ‘C’ Street SW. The City will also construct
any modifications necessary to maintain the existing access driveway for the GSA Facility located

approximately 825’ south of the intersection with 15 Street SW on ‘C’ Street SW. These improvements
have been incorporated into the proposed improvements to C Street SW.
