Background Summary:
Police Canine Officer Andrew M. Suver will be leaving the City of Auburn on August 3, 2004. His K-9
dog, Blitz, has reached the age of 5 ½ years and is no longer serviceable as a Police Service dog.
Officer Suver has handled K-9 Blitz exclusively from August 1, 2000, to present and has expressd the
desire to acquire sole and exclusive ownership of Blitz.
