City Council accept the GSA Park Ball fields Asphalt project and release retainage in the amount of
$992.50 for Project C317-C.
Backaround Summary:
The City of Auburn and the Parks and Recreation Department entered into a construction project with
Auburn Little League, using money awarded from a King County Youth Sports Facility Grant, to up-date
one youth ball field and build a new one at GSA Park. ICON Materials was awarded the asphalt part of
the project. Their project, to build a field access road at the park and install a pathway within the facility,
is now complete.
Staff is satisfied with the work completed and recommends that the City release retainage in the amount
of $992.50
