City Council accept the GSA Park Ball fields fencing project and release retainage in the amount of
$1,740.00 for Project C317-B.
Backqround Summary:
The City of Auburn and the Parks and Recreation Department entered into a construction project with
Auburn Little League, using money awarded from a King County Youth Sports Facility Grant, to up-date
one youth ball field and build a new one at GSA Park. Seawest Construction was contracted to build the
backstops and fences on the ball fields.
Staff is satisfied with the work completed and recommends that the City release retainage in the amount
of $1,740.
