City Council to grant permission to advertise for bids for Project No. C228A, 2003 Sewer Repair and
Replacement.
Background Summary:
The purpose of this project is to repair or replace sanitary sewer lines that are broken or were constructed
of clay pipe. Construction shall occur at various locations throughout the City of Auburn (see attached
vicinity map).
The project is anticipated to begin construction in November 2004. Estimated project costs total
$1,220,584. A project budget contingency of $161,403 remains in the 431 Sewer Fund.
