City Council grant permission to enter into Amendment #1 to Consultant Agreement No. AG-C-228 with
Entranco, Inc. for Engineering Services for Project No. C326A - C Street SW Roadway Improvements.
Backqround Summary:
The C Street SW Roadway Improvement Project (C326A) consists of widening the roadway to a 4-lane
road between Ellingson Road and 15th Street SW to accommodate future traffic and development needs.
The final agreement entered into between GSA and the City necessitates a redesign of the project along
GSA's property.
Amendment #1 to Entranco's Consultant Agreement includes the necessary work to redesign this portion
of the project and is estimated to cost $82,500. The total Consultant cost for design engineering and
construction support for the project, including this amendment, is $556,500.
