Inc., and accept construction of Project No. C301A, Pavement Preservation - Non-Classified Streets
(Chip Seal Program).
Backqround Summary:
This project chip sealed various streets throughout the City of Auburn. This project was completed on
time and with a budget contingency of $22,103 remaining in the 001 Streets Fund.
Due to favorable bids, the Committee and Council approved to increase the scope of the project through
Change Orders #1 and #2, which enabled us to increase the number of roads to be chip sealed without
increasing the project budget.
