Agenda Modifications II. CITIZEN INPUT, PUBLIC HEARINGS & CORRESPONDENCE A. Public Hearings 1. Development Agreement with The Boeing Company* (S i nger/Krauss) A3.13.8 Pursuant to RCW 36.70B.170 the Boeing Company proposes to enter into a Development Agreement with the City of Auburn concerning the standards that will apply to future development proposals specifically relating to the methodology for calculating transportation impact fee credits and credit for Page 2 City of Auburn Council MeetinQ AQenda Januarv 3. 2005 existing storm water improvements. In addition, the agreement would vest certain existing development regulations. The term of the development agreement is for twenty years. The subject property is located within portions of Sections 24 and 25, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M. More specifically, the property is located between 15th Street SW and Ellingson Road and between 'c' Street SW and Perimeter Road (private) within the City of Auburn. B.
