Application for sewer/water certificate
Dear Danielle,
Consistent with our meeting with City staff yesterday, this letter is to,confinn that we
withdraw our request for a closed record hearing regarding the recent city council action
on the above referenced project.
We W1derstand that our project is on the agenda for the January lOth 2005 Public works
and Planning committee meetings. Could you please confirm this by sending copies of
the committee meeting agendas as soon as they are available? Thank you. To facilitate
cominittee review, we will be providing for inclusion in committee packets some
supplemental information for committee review, based on our recent meeting with city
staff.
Assuming a favorable recommendation by the plamting committee we understand that
this item will be on the agenda for full council action on January 18, 2005.
We look forward to working with thè city to resolve an outstanding issues and answer all
questions prior to the next council meeting.
