City Council award Contract 04-19, Project Number C406A, 2004 Storm Pond Retrofits, to Buckley
Nursery Co., Inc. on their low bid of $148,189 plus WA state sales tax of $13,040 for a total contract price
of$161,229.
Background Summary:
This project will construct improvements to the storm ponds located at C Street SW and Riverwalk Drive
by enhancing the aesthetics of both ponds.
Construction is anticipated to begin February 2005 and be completed in May 2005.
A project budget contingency of $110,648 remains in the Storm Utility 432 fund.
