City Council approve Final Pay Estimate #3 to C316A, Contract 04-10 with Construct Company and
accept construction of Project No. C316A, Kiss and Ride Parking Lot.
Background Summary:
This project constructed a new parking lot with landscape islands, dumpster enclosures, additional
lighting adjacent to the Sound Transit plaza and in the pedestrian walkway, and completed landscaping
within the existing western Sound Transit parking lot.
A total budget adjustment of $24,256 from the General Fund will be required to fund the project.
