A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS
OF PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THEIR
DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Public Works, Finance, and Planning and Community
Development departments have a number of items which are no longer of use to the
City; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of it by
auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part, through gift to
another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-profit entity, as deemed
most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus, and the
Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or
donation to another governmental agency or charitable non-profit entity.
1. Mallory electric air compressor, 20 gallon;
2. Trane Model X390 forced air natural gas heater;
3. US electrical 50 HP motor;
4. (4) Network hubs;
5. (5) Laptops;
6. (18) Monitors;
7. (12) Personal computers;
8. (7) Printers;
9. (1) UPS;
10. Miscellaneous shelving;
11. and the following vehicles:

Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force upon
passage and signatures hereon.
