City Council to adopt Resolution No. 3843.
Background Summary:
Chris Greytak of CG Aviation has requested to be released from their five-year lease at the Auburn
Municipal Airport prior to the contracted lease period. According to section 2 (a) of the 2001 lease
agreement, the term of the lease shall be five years; at the present time there are 16 months remaining
on the agreement. Staff recommends the City forgive the balance of the remaining term of the lease as
future plans for this space are to be part of an area that will be in a Request for Development later this
