The aluminum gurneys are the old "Ferno" gurneys
used in the medical aid vehicles that were replaced
by the new "Stryker" gurneys that meet all current
safety requirements.
The fiberglass truck bed was replaced on the Training
Officer's pick-up with a canopy providing greater
storage.
The above items are of no further use to the Fire,
Legal or Public Works Departments and have been
deemed surplus.

RESOLUTION NO. 3 8 9 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS
OF PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THEIR
DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Fire, Legal, and Public Works Departments have a number of
items which are no longer of use to the City; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of it by
auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part, through gift to
another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-profit entity, as deemed
most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus, and the
Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or
donation to another governmental agency or charitable non-profit entity.

procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
