Public Hearings 1. 2006-2011 Six Year Transportation Improvement Program* (Wagner/Dowdy) 04.9.3 State law requires the City of Auburn to annually prepare and adopt a comprehensive transportation improvement program for each ensuing six calendar years. Prior to adoption of a six year transportation program a public hearing is held to review the work accomplished under each Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the purpose of determining current city street needs, and to adopt a revised and extended comprehensive transportation improvement program.
