Background Summary: Recommend Council approve the surplus of the following: 1. Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Fill Station/Compressor 2. Flail heavy-duty mower Mott Hammerknife, Model 48 The SCBA Fill Station/Compressor is two pieces. The items are quite old and was being used for dive tanks at Station 33 until it broke down and is no longer serviceable. It was replaced several years ago with a new Fill Station at Station 31. The above items are of no further use to the City and have been deemed surplus. NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus, and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or charitable on - profit entity. 1. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 3.
