Background Summary:
Resolution No. 3917 authorizes the Mayor to execute a concession agreement between the City of
Auburn and the Auburn Mountainview High School Dance Team to operate the food concession stands at
Brannan Park.
The Auburn Mountainview High School Dance team is a non-profit organization and the concession
provides a service to visitors of Brannan Park, as well as funds for the organization
