Background Summary:
On September 20, 2005 the Hearing Examiner held an open record hearing on Conditional Use Permit
(CUP) 05-0003. CUP05-0003 is a request by Mr. Albert Rossi to allow a professional office within a R4
multiple-family residential zone for property located at 337 4th Street NE.
The Hearing Examiner recommendation to the City Council is to grant CUP05-0003 subject to conditions.
Ordinance No. 5962 would adopt the Hearing Examiner's recommendation.
