By approving the Ordinance, the City Council authorizes the unaffiliated employees compensation to be increased by two and one quarter percent (2.25%) for cost of living and contribute one half percent (.50%) to unaffiliated employees VEBA Medical Savings Plan, effective January 1, 2006, and that the City continue to contribute toward health care premiums at the current ratio. Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 4.
