Extension of Moratorium on Transitory Accommodations* (Norman/Heid/Krauss) 03.10.15 Resolution No. 3808, adopted January 18, 2005, established an initial one-year moratorium on the filing with the City or the Courts of any applications for licenses, permits and/or approvals for transitory accommodations. The moratorium was enacted to provide the City with an opportunity to study the issues concerning the siting of such transitory accommodations and prepare appropriate revisions to the City's codes and regulations. Application Numbers PUD04-0002 and PLT04-0009* (Norman/Krauss) 03.5, 03.6 The request of Brian McCabe of Investco Financial Corporation for a planned unit development (PUD) known as "Auburn 40" to rezone a 38.48 acre site from R2 (Single Family Residential) to PUD and preliminary plat approval to subdivide the site into 236 single-family lots and 27 tracts.
