City Council grant permission to enter into Amendment NO.1 to Consultant Agreement No. AG-C-221
with AHBL, Inc. for on-call survey and drafting services.
Background Summary:
AHBL currently serves as the City's On-Call Consultant for survey and drafting services. Due to the
capital project and miscellaneous survey demand this year, the City has utilized AHBL extensively during
the first quarter of 2006. To continue to provide the needed on-call services through the end of 2006, an
amendment to the contract is needed.
The anticipated not to exceed amount for this amendment is $50,000, increasing the agreement total to
$100,000.
