Resolution No. 4022
Administrative Recommendation:
City Council adopt Resolution No. 4022.
Background Summary:
While in the process of reviewing City fees, it was been deemed appropriate to decrease the fire impact
fees for two land uses — Leisure/Outdoors and Government/Public Buildings — based on the
determination that these two land uses were being charged too much due to excessive calls to two
occupancies that fell into those categories.
In addition, two new land uses were created — Casinos and Jails. As such, new fees were made for those
occupancies. The impact fee formula was refigured with their impact taken out of the categories they
were in previously.
Resolution No. 4022 provides for, and incorporates therein, the changes above-mentioned.
