Background Summary: The Cemetery Master Plan recognized the need to construct additional interment options at Mountain View Cemetery in anticipation of the demand in the next decade. Two new areas were designed and developed at Mountain View Cemetery — Chapel of Memories Columbarium and ForestWalk: (a cremation area), which will be available for sale by the 2006 Memorial Day week -end. Fees are being set for these properties in answer to the interest the construction has created in recent months. Attached is Resolution No. 4027, amending Ordinance No. 5707, and including the price recommendations for these two areas. Council is asked to adopt Resolution No. 4027. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: Section 1.
