City Council grant permission to advertise for bids for Project No. C327A, Auburn Golf Course Clubhouse.
Background Summary:
The purpose of this project is to construct a new Clubhouse at the Auburn Golf Course. The existing
clubhouse will be demolished and replaced with a clubhouse inclusive of a banquet area, pro shop,
restaurant and lobby. The facility also includes basement storage for golf carts and other items. All work
is within the existing golf course property. Design is 95% complete and construction is anticipated to
occur between September 2006 and June 2007.
The total project construction cost is estimated to be $3,400,000. Funding will be through bond proceeds.
