NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus, and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or charitable non-profit entity. 1. One (1) desk, 6' x 3', mahogany finish, with 6 side drawers. (two file size and 4 accessory) 2. One stainless steel 22x25", 18 gauge, 3 hole sink 3. One Belvedere porcelain shampoo bowl 4. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 3.
