City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Professional Services No. AG -C-278 with
Northwest Land & Water, Inc.
Background Summary:
Amendment No. 1 amends the scope of the work and adds additional compensation in the amount of
$37,800, bringing to total not to exceed amount of the agreement to $61,587.
The purpose of this work is to update the City's aquifer characterization model and use it to conduct a
preliminary assessment of each option we discussed with Ecology. The City agreed to refine: our options
down to only the ones that appear to be most feasible before resubmitting the memo to Ecology and
asking for a written response. The effort to update the City's Aquifer model will ultimately be needed for
any of the five original options we outlined this week with Ecology.
