Background Summary: This project extended water utilities along the frontage of the Auburn Golf Course to serve the proposed Auburn Golf Course Clubhouse. The project constructed approximately 2,500 lineal feet of 12" water main along Green River Road from the existing 16" water main to the Auburn Golf Course Clubhouse and approximately 350 lineal feet of 8" water main from Green River Road to the proposed Auburn Golf Course Clubhouse site. The project also constructed approximately 60 lineal feet of 3" conduit and associated utility vaults for the future installation of fiber optics across Green River Road. A total of $700,000 is available from REET to fund all of the Golf Course Clubhouse utility improvements, of which this project was allocated $300,000 and completed a portion of the work. A project budget contingency of $35,433 remains in the 437 fund.
