Department: Building Attachments: Resolution No. 4146 Budget Impact: None Administrative Recommendation: City Council adopt Resolution No. 4146. Background Summary: The CEO of Wesley Homes, Inc. has requested a modification to several of the addresses originally assigned to the Wesley Homes neighborhood at Lea Hill. The reason for the request is that duplicitous unit numbers on several duplex units might cause confusion for residents and visitors. The in consultation with the Fire Marshal, the Building Official has agreed with the property owner in that assignment of individual street addresses to each unit of each duplex building would resolve the potential for confusion. Assignment of individual street addresses would also not create a public safety concern. This creates a hardship for our residents who have identified their unit as Village Home #I — 22 over the past two years and for our communication systems that have been set up in the same manner. We would like to propose the following alternative (bold type indicates occupancy): 1.D.
