Public Hearings 1. 2006 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant Program* (Norman/Davolio) 03.4.1.7, F5.4.3 The CAPER is an overall review of housing and community development activities undertaken in Auburn during 2006. Its primary purpose is to inform the citizens of Auburn how and where the federal funds are spent, and assess the program accomplishments as they relate to housing and community development goals set forth in the Consolidated Plan. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comments prior to approval of the CAPER and submission Page 1 City of Auburn Council Meeting Agenda April 16, 2007 of the report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. 2. Address Changes — Lakeland Hills Area* (Norma n/Davolio) 04.9.2 The City Council to conduct a public hearing on the City's proposal to institute address changes in the Lakeland Hills area in order to bring the addresses in compliance with the City's addressing system.
