Vacation Application Number V-03-06* (Wagner/Dowdy) 03.9 V03-06 City Council to conduct a hearing on a petition for vacation of portions of "I" Street NE. 2. Moratorium Extension* (Norman/Osaki) 03.4.2.1.2 Resolution No. 4128, adopted December 18, 2006, established an initial six-month moratorium on the filing with Page 1 City of Auburn Council Meeting Agenda July 2, 2007 the City of applications for licenses, permits and approvals for the siting, placement or installation of used manufactured homes within the City of Auburn, other than in mobile home parks. On June 4, 2007, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4194 extending the moratorium for an additional six months and set the date for public hearing on the proposed moratorium extension. B.
