RESOLUTION NO. 4 2 1 4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DECLARING
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS
DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Auburn Public Works Department has a vehicle which is
no longer of use to the City; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of
it by auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, through gift to another
governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-profit entity, as deemed
most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW .THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus,
and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through
appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or charitable on-
profit entity.
1. One (1) Hyster lift truck, vehicle identification number
C160H01989S, asset #550-0400002.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force upon
passage and signatures hereon.
