City Council award Contract 07-21, Project Number C507A, C Street SW Trail, to Woodworth &
Company, Inc. on their low bid of $259,450.00.
Background Summary:
This project constructs a 1.65 mile, 10 foot wide, Class 1 non -motorized trail along the west side of C
Street SW from 15th Street SW to Ellingson Road SW. All work is to be within existing right-of-way or
permanent roadway easements.
Construction for this project is anticipated to begin in October 2007 and be completed in December 2007,
weather permitting.
A project budget contingency of $35,954 remains in the 102 fund.
