Revised October 1, 2007 Council minutes are transmitted to reflect a
correction on page 8.

The agenda modification transmits a revised exhibit to Resolution
No. 4255.
4. Resolution No. 4255* (Backus/Coleman)
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Auburn,
Washington, authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter
into an Agreement with Hebert Research, Inc.
