Background Summary:
Sportexe Construction Services, Inc. was contracted to provide the artificial turf materials for the Game
Farm Park Soccer Field Renovation, Contract No. 07-04. Construction of this project was completed in
early September and on budget. No change orders were added to this project; a final payment this month
of $3,349.84 brings this project in on budget of $685,722.
Staff requests acceptance of this contract and agreement that the contractor has fulfilled his
responsibilities for this project.
