Construction of the entire 700 foot roadway will be a new cement concrete roadway including new storm catch basins and storm pipe on the southerly half. Additionally, 750 linear feet of deteriorated existing 12- inch and 18-inch sanitary sewers will be replaced within 6th Street SE. Construction for this project is anticipated to begin in May 2008 and be complete in August 2008. A project budget contingency of $40,032 remains in the 102 fund. A project budget contingency of $53,482 remains in the 431 fund. A project budget contingency of $2,949 remains in the 430 fund. A project budget contingency of $3,345 remains in the 432 fund.
